Need a mount for Buco Twinmasters on '65 CA77 Dream

Post by Cheburashka » Mon Feb 21, 2011 2:22 pm

I've got a good set of Twinmasters, but they came with the incorrect mount, and with no upper chrome plate. Anyone have an orphaned mount they're willing to sell?

Thanks

There are a few members here that have those. Here's a thread that might give you some insight: http://www.honda305.com/forums/viewtopi ... 0de72bb799

Not sure if anybody has a spare bracket, but you might at the very least be able to get some measurements/pics to make your own.

Looks like that's part of what I need, but I'll need a lot more.

Does it just mount by those two U-brackets, or does something on that top chrome piece mount to the frame?

there are 7 pieces to mine. Your two pieces mount to the big chrome pieces, along with the two U shape parts. Then all there is left is a cross piece. the parts you need can be made very easily.
you have a good start.

check this guy out he's duplicated the braces / brackets and makes them in stainless

he goes by spokes and can be found here
