Piston removal

Post by Jethro » Thu Dec 02, 2010 12:51 am

Hi,
Here's my little knock-off of Bill Silver's piston removal method. Just goes to show there is really no need for any special tools or pounding to remove seized pistons. This right piston was really stuck bad, let it soak in PB blaster for weeks and it was still a bear. Once I got the cylinders off I noticed there were CB77 pistons in this CA77 engine. I wonder if I'll find any other surprises in there:)
