You may want to check that. You really should not have to turn your idle screw that far out.Make sure the two halves of the outer casing are seated properly where they join there at the frame.
Ok, yeah, i had no idea that other adjuster was there. I will take a look at it.

Do you know why i am fouling my plugs, is this a carb setting or could it be other things, like timing?

I will take that other cover off and attempt to adjust the point better. I never knew that.

Ryan-It sounds like a carb issue.Put your new plugs in after you check the following. You may want to re-read my posts to you and try the things I stated-check carb float adjustment, float needle may not be sealing properly when closed.Ryan- Do this- Shut gas off then drain bowl, take carb bowl off, then lift float until needle is seated and hold float to keep it there and then open petcock and see if gas is leaking out of float needle and seat. This will tell you if the needle and seat are not sealing properly and need addressed.Your main needle may need to be lowered also if you are running too rich.Also-what for air filter are you using? If it is clogged it will run rich.Mice didn't build a nest in there while you were away did they and clog the air tube some?I'm jus throwing things out there for you to try.Make sure your mechanics did not mess up your air tube. Not sure how else I can help or expalin it..Just dig in and have fun.Let us know what going on.

The air filter is a K&n and a new bubber tube is attached to it. I had mice make a home in the old stock air filter when it was sitting out in the shed. Now it does not get stored there.

I will take appart the carb asap.
