Breather Set Ring - 13491-259-000

Post by kyle91987 » Wed Jun 09, 2010 10:11 pm

I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a 305 motor and I just noticed that one of the ridges that holds a transmission shaft is missing a ring on the left side. I'm not sure if it fell off while I was dismantling the motor or if it was ever there. I didn't see it anywhere. The parts diagram doesn't show the other side so I'm a little lost here. Does anyone know if there is suppose to be another right in the ridge?

The part I'm talking about is 13491-259-000. It's listed as number 12 on the diagram.

Thanks.

Thanks, LM. That's what I was afraid of. So it must be around here somewhere then.

I,m looking for 2 rings too, I bought 2 engines , 1 complete and the other one has more parts missing then expected and told.
A little pin of the clutch is missing, could get the rest ( relief ;8) ), this pin is an oil guide pin ( 25572-259-000.
Also the 4 washers are missing ( 90481-259-000)
Anybody can help me out?
Also would like to know what the exact numbers of the bearings are i need for the transmission shaft,
they are all stuck together in this engine and must be replaced, one was readable and ordered ( the one on the left), but i can,t decypher whats on the other one.
I got a Dream C77E 62.
