anyone ever heard of Apex Cycle Products?

They have a store on flea bay and are selling wheel kits (rims and spokes) Plus after market mufflers.

They seem like real good prices to me so I am a little worried they may be junk or a sleezy dealer. I am new to the world of restoring old bikes so I am on the cautious side. here is a link to the store.

You could try the search option and read the comments on apex cycle.
