Exhaust collars

Post by eyhonda » Thu Nov 12, 2009 6:50 am

I just bought some headpipes off eBay and haven't received them yet. I noticed that these pipes have the built-in collar, while others use a seperate two piece collar setup.  Are these stock or aftermarket? Were there different exhaust setups thru the years? I have a 64. I hope it fits.

The pipes have a flat flange which seals against the copper gasket. The collars go between the heat sink and the pipe flange. Put up a picture if u can.

I found out they are aftermarket. I hope my stock flanges will work. Since this is my first time building a cb77, I'm not familiar with all the parts yet. Live and learn. If they don't work out, back on ebay they go.
