Changing front brake and clutch cables

Post by Dr675 » Mon Jun 29, 2009 2:35 pm

My father recently gave me his 1967 305 Scrambler that he bought in the early 70's. It still had the original clutch and front brake cables. Since they were somewhat tight, I got some OEM replacement cables.

Is there a good site or easier step by step instructions, preferrably with photos, on how to change out each of these cables? I did do a search of this site prior and a general web and YouTube search, but came up empty.

Thank you in advance.

Take your time and remember the routing. The brake cables are a simple job just do it........ the clutch cable is a little harder, you will have to seperate the right case cover.
