Engine Oil Seals & Engine Case Question

Post by Corben1 » Sat May 02, 2009 2:51 pm

Does anyone package engine oil seals for the CB/CL 72/77? I lived too long and ran out!

What is the consensus on using the bottom case from a CL-77 on a CL-72? Never had to do it in all these years, but might have to on this one. I have plenty of cases to choose from if it makes a difference.

TIA to all for any info.

Lower case are the same, except for the very early ones that didn't have a primary chain tensioner. A bearing and seal supply house can get you any of the seals. You need the three numbers on each seal.
