Honda didn't delete those universally in '67 because my matching-number '69 Dream has them. In fact, I've never seen a Dream without them. If you have a stock aircleaner, then certainly use the hoses provided. They may not do much but they won't do anything at all disconnected.

Ya sure have a rare bike there Arthur.
Last I knew the DREAM was discontinued in 1967 as did the CB/CL77 bikes.
What is the engine number of your 1969?. ........lm

Nothing rare about it. Honda CA77/78 Dreams were available in the US through 1969. You can look it up.
