62 CB77 harness routing aft of gas tank

Post by marzini » Wed Jul 02, 2008 1:23 pm

I'd like to know how the main harness is supposed to be routed. I've got it running past the left side of the coils along the frame's backbone. Where does it go to get to the battery and the ignition switch? Where, in relation to the tool box, does the solenoid bolt on? What is the proper routing for the solenoid wires. Better to sound stupid than be stupid! Cheers— Mar'

Just to get you started. The solenoid sets in a rubber insulater/saddle below the battery box. I hope someone else will jump in here, I'm not sure how to describe the routing. Kustommusic

Mounts solid to the left side bottom of the tool box.
All wires run along the left side of the frame. .................lm

Mars, There ya go, sorry about the bum info the first time. Note to Ed; I guess I was thinking about the CB350 I recently worked on thanks for the correction! Kustommusic
