Will this remove my rotor

Please can any one tell me is this the tool to remove the rotor on my 1964 CB77

Yes it will.
Tighten it in the rotor then hit the end with a hammer then tighten again.
Do this until the rotor comes loose. .....lm

YOu can also use a 16mm dia. x1.5 mm. thread pitch bolt. This works really well. I have one in my tool chest for just this purpose.
