Year of Dream7-digit frame numbers started in 1965 and there is no breakdown of production for the years 1965-1967 so there is no way to tell what "year" your bike is. For these bikes there is no "model year" designation like you are used to for cars and newer bikes. The "year" on the original title was likely the year the dealer originally sold the bike. Everything in the parts manuals just uses your frame number to determine what part goes on your bike.
There was a white tag on your wiring harness up inside the frame, probably close to the carb that will have a date on it, but it is not definitive, unless it says 1967, which was the last year of production. Making a wild guess, I would say yours is a late 1966 or 1967. There is a post by a member with the handle "305". He apparently has a 1966 titled bike with a frame number somewhere around 29,086. I can't say if it is the original title or not and he doesn't mention his white tag info.
