Top Cover Breather Tube

Post by Wilf » Sun Mar 15, 2009 7:03 pm

My CB77 had no breather tube on the top cover and before putting the coils back in I thought I would replace the breather tube. After searching the posts this morning I know from the photo that the tube runs down under the crankcase cover plate, but I don't know where it finally ends up. Would someone clue me in please?

Thanks

It makes a 90 degree bend, goes under the latch bracket and out the the hole below the alternator wires where it then terminates.

Thanks Dick, that is exactly what I needed to know. I imagine having a half inch or so protruding from the hole would be appropriate?
