Stailness Steel Valves

Post by davomoto » Sun Jan 25, 2009 12:23 pm

I'm thinking about having a run of stainless steel intake and exhaust valves made for the CB/CL 72 and 77s. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Any reason not to use them? Cost would be $25-$30 per valve. Anyone want a set if I get them done? Ed, I'd love to hear your opinion.

Thanks in advance, davomoto

Stainless Valves

I've been known to be wrong before, but it's my understanding that stainless steel is relatively soft for valves. What's wrong with the regular Honda valves?
