Ha! The bike now looks 40+ years younger, helpers and I a couple of years older. Of course, I feel about 19 when riding it...

Very Low Compression, need a bore job
Valve adjustment.Refreshing the top end is always a good idea specially if your sure it's never been done. If you don't have hundreds of dollars to spend right now though you might want to start with a valve adjustment and reset the timing. Put a couple of hundred miles on it then do a warm compresion test with the throttle wide open. If the bike is new to you or, has been siting for years, exercising the rings like this may do wonders.
