Nice. When I was speaking to Terry at Western Hills one day, I asked if he sold Keyster kits. He said no and they were a PIA and then said, "Why you you think they named them Keister?".

regards,
Rob

I hear you, LM. If that's all there is, then that's all there is. When I first got my CL77 and read posts about the Keyster kits not always being right, I did a little research and found out that if you ask, you can find out which jets are in which kits. I believe it was the CB77 kit that had the right jets.

I thought about trying to make pair of new needles based on the dimensions I measured from my stock needles. I have a taper attachment on my lathe, although the compound should provide sufficient travel for the short length of taper on those needles. Might try it some rainy day.

regards,
Rob

Is it possible to find individual Keyster needles and jets from some supplier?

I have been looking for a list of Keyster parts, and charts showing needle dimensions vs needle numbers etc. with no luck.

My Dream kit came with D3, I think the CB or CL's are D9?, and my CB750's are D17, but I don't know the differences...except the D17's are longer?

I'd just really like some more options on jets. My neighbor gave me a TON of jets, including a Honda Motors racing jet plate holder thing, but NONE are 132 or 135's!!! I need them!!!

Do you have a ton of jets with the old pitch?

If so how about a 115? or 117.5?....if so I would be interested

Worst case you could try drilling out a smaller size

Hi MBell - there is a site that seems to have a lot of Keihin jets and needles. Try out:
