Camshaft removal help!
Hi, you are almost done. My cams were easy to pull apart from the head by little force. These cams may be tightened up because the bearings are a non-straight position. If they sit in the housing perfectly then they should come out if you hit gently the bearing outer shell from inside. If they don`t want to, another chance would be to put the whole thing into the oven and warm it up a bit, that may help because the aluminum expands faster than steel. Or, heat up the aluminum around the bearings with a heat gun. They have to come out. G

You are just about there, you are correct that the bearings must be lined up with the holes. The bearings are all the same size so they will come out but must be lined up, you don't need heat, Al.
