need help with cylinders!

Post by voxa_33 » Sat Mar 10, 2012 1:11 pm

One of my sleeves got crack in it and I am having a hard time finding new ones.
Its about .750" up from battom of sleeve and from there it goes to both sides for about an inch and it's only on the bottom that it's cracked through. On top it's a surface crack.
What you guys think: can I weld it and machine it to 60,5 or 61mm

Thank you
Vlad

Get a replacement barrel on eBay and swap out the liner. You can buy an otherwise damaged barrel so it should be cheap.
