Everything seems to be working. Ed talked me through setting the points and still.not running what's next?

If you're sure you have spark and compression, I would look to flooding. See if the plugs are wet after a start attempt. Dry them off and try with the choke wide open, then closed 1/2. I Didn't go back to read your previous posts, but did you check the float for leaks and the float height? I'd err on the side of setting it too high by a couple mm (reduce the fuel level in the bowl).
