'62 CA77 rotor bolt

Does anybody have one of these or know where I can get one . It's a weird size - JIS? - and I threw my back out carrying the motor around to H-depot, etc, but nothing fits ! I wanted to ride this bike for Christmas but "for the lack of a bolt , a bike was lost " Well, y'all have a good one !
