UPDATE...

Slides somehow (doh) got in the wrong carbs, I'll change them!!!
and put the needle clip at 4th from top as per Bill S and y'all.
And air/mix screw at 1 1/4 turns out?

Another questions if I may.

How to cut off a bit of the spark plug cables at the s'plug end and at the coil end just cut them off?
The s'plug end has a rubber boot and it looks like the inner wire is crimped over the middle/inside of the actual s'plug connector.

Twist and pull on the plug caps, and they will come off, normally. If you post a pic, it would help, as a PO may have put automotive type wire on it.
