I just received a set of racing/heavy duty valve springs that I got on ebay from a seller who goes by little 1300. I measured the pressure at 1/2 inch compression and they were within 2 lbs. of each other at 112 to 114 lbs. Some of the stock springs I had were 75 lbs. The springs came with titanium retainers and two sets of shims.
