Ha! The bike now looks 40+ years younger, helpers and I a couple of years older. Of course, I feel about 19 when riding it...

The cinder block looks about the same.

Valve adjustment.

Refreshing the top end is always a good idea specially if your sure it's never been done. If you don't have hundreds of dollars to spend right now though you might want to start with a valve adjustment and reset the timing. Put a couple of hundred miles on it then do a warm compresion test with the throttle wide open. If the bike is new to you or, has been siting for years, exercising the rings like this may do wonders. Have my 67 CB77 ening on the table right now if you want to PM me we can trade tips.
