lack of power

Post by Derek Ellison » Thu Apr 22, 2010 4:29 pm

I just finished rebuilding my '65 dream and I'm haveing a serious lack of power. 1st and 2nd gear feel ok but once i hit 3rd it doesn't really want to do much and once i get to 50mph it's a real battle to get it any higher. the carb is tuned, timing is on, and compression is 120. Anyone have any suggestions, i'm not really sure where else to go hear. thanks, Derek
