1970 CD175 For Sale in Illinois

I've got a 1970 Honda CD175 for sale. It is not currently running and has been sitting for a few years, however the motor still kicks over. Aside from the seat, exhaust, and one missing side cover, it appears to be pretty complete and original, and still wearing it's original paint. Odometer shows 10k miles. Showing typical wear and tear for the age, but a very solid restoration candidate or just get it running and ride it the way it is. I don't have a title for it. I'm asking $650 and I'm in Springfield, Illinois. Thanks.

Not running, no title, wrong mufflers and seat and it's not a particularly sought after model suggests that the pricing is a touch high.

I'm a cheapskate, but I wouldn't expect anyone to pay much more than dollar per cc
