The chassis number is down on the left hand side of the frame stamped vertically between the swing arm and stand pivots.
The bike has a replacement engine or crankcases as the number is for the CB77 sports bike that had a tubular frame and twin carburettors. It looks like it could be a 1962 model but it could be 1960-63.
More details, please?

This bike ended up in the southern Piedmont of NC and is currently in our garage. It still has 507 miles on the odometer and when we took possession of it it was in need of, surprise, a battery and a clutch cable. It came with no title.
Mr. Fixit got it running yesterday.
I'm wondering if the OP bought it, or decided against it.....
It's a small world, afterall.
