identify misc grab handles

dont remember where the first bit is from. second bit came off a cb parts bike, was fitted on the rear shock mounts.

The first pic looks light a seat rail for a Dream. Some of the members here have one on their bikes. I have one also.

Second pic looks like a 70's vintage CB, but likely not a '74 CB750 K4 which I have. Sorry I can't tell you more.
