"Powerjet Nipples"???

Having some trouble getting the bike to run properly so I'm making sure everything is as close to stock as I can get and just installed some air filters from Retrobikes (remanafactured original specs) and they come with a "powerjet nipple". My CB77 is a '63 and I believe they didn't use that particular bit of hardware. The parts manual calls the tube that attaches to the nipple as "overflow pipe". So what do I do with it? Run a tube from the nipple under the bike? Block it off ? And while I'm on the subject of hoses and pipes...the "air vent tube" from the cylinder head (there's two of them) are they to just have a pipe that exits under the engine or as I have heard on the forum they can just have a tube connecting the two of them? Thanks for any help you can give me. I've never had a bike with so many hoses and pipes exiting the engine!

The first filters were for the CB72 which used the Power Jet carbs and required clean air at the carb inlet.
The CB77 didn't use that design so HONDA had tips to cover the tube at the filters.
The vents which are between the carbs fed to a "Y" then to the Right Side Air filter.
The Vent Tube from the top of the Head passes to the right of the left carb through a slot in the valley cover then to the hole at the primary sprocket to vent air/vapor.

Hi Maia, Thanks for posing the question, i have exact same one on my Superhawk resto.

Loudmouse, thanks a million as always for the answer, it's exactly what i needed,
including what to do with the vent pipe from the top of the head.
