Pretty cool. What is that front fender made from?

The plug is carved from pattern-making foam, then a heavy fibreglass mould is made from that, then a light fibreglass mudguard/fender from that, the good bit is that now I have the mould, any number can be quickly & cheaply produced again!!

I can't remember who, but someone asked about the colour, well its made from white gel-coat/GRP this was wet & dry sanded matt, grey primed, then 2-pack satin silver painted.

I sure could use that template for the chain guard.

That restore is masterful. I'm really impressed with the manufacture of parts and it motivates me to create parts of my own rather than just buying them.
