Honda still (or again) sells the original part number 22201-268-020 aluminum core discs, although they are a little different in that blocks of friction material on the new ones are smaller than the ones on the old 020's. They fit and work perfectly.

In the Transmission section there is a recent thread entitled 305 Clutch Rebuild and History that I think is pretty informative. And it has pictures!

As I see your clutch is a Cush Drive don't ya have the aluminum ones?. ...........lm

nope its a cush drive with the brown plastic material! this is how it arrived. weird, but true...

Do the springs have white or brown on one end?. ................lm

nope im pretty sure the springs are all black; you can sort of see them on the first page. ill get photos of the clutch plates & springs for you guys next time i get a chance to go out there.

ive also attached a photo of the cam nut to ensure i have it all together correctly. i can't see it going any other way. also, that black crud has been cleaned off for the head gasket, so dont worry!

Uh oh. You done put a cam nut where the crank nut goes? That can't be good.

ill take a look to see if it was somehow switched. but everything has been kept separated in tagged plastic baggies. this is my first honda rebuild, so i have no idea what the parts are supposed to look like. if the nut is back on like that, its because it came to me that way.
