Hi,
I am a new member although I have been reading this forum for a couple of years. I need your help. I have a 1967 CL77 that I am in the process of restoring (not show quality but just below). Anyway, I sent a lot of misc. parts to a local chrome guy here in Massachusetts about 5 months ago. I just got them back, FINALLY, but they "lost" about 15 pieces, some of which are critical and hard to find items. I'm hoping some you great guys out there might have some of these so I can finish my project and start riding again. I'm in need of the following parts:
1. Main switch retainer (holds the ignition switch)-they destroyed the threads on mine)
2. 24mm hex nut that holds the oil filler tube to engine
3. (3) hex bolts 6mmx10 for the left and right air filter
4. (3) slotted nuts 8mm for the damper and rear brake stay
5. (3) emblem screws 3mmx10
6. Kickstand bar pivot bolt
7. Phillips screw (beveled head) 6mmx16 which holds main switch retainer to frame
8. Phillips screw (rounded head) 5mmx16 - right control screw
I think that's it (at least I hope). If any of you have any of these parts please let me know so hopefully we can make a deal. Thanks to all.
Rob
Need misc. parts to complete my restoration. Please help. Some of those parts are carried by Retrobikes in their hardware section, but may also be available at a hardware store (Ace Industrial) that carries metric sizes. Othe bits may still be carried by Ohio Cycle or Western Hills Honda if you come up with the part numbers. Or, occasionally on ebay you'll see someone selling a whole bucket of hardware from a bike that has been broken up for its parts.
replacement parts for CL77rbaselt,
Thanks for your reply. As a matter of fact, I just ordered most of these parts from Ohio Cycle this week. Rob
