Looking for a project.....Looking for a project.....Looking for a Dream to restore. I'm in the Greenville S.C. area. Looking at around $500.00 or so.
There's one for $600 on Cleveland Craigslist. I went to look at it and its pretty rough but its mostly all there including 2 extra front fork assemblies. Chrome is all pretty bad. Seat pan is missing one spring, but could be redone. Biggest problems I saw are that the battery box is pretty rotted out, the mufflers are also rotted out on the bottom and the speedo is toast. Engine turns and feels OK. Shifter felt pretty tight too, I think it would run with minimal effort.
