6-hole CL77 stay for bobbed fender

I am in my laboratory doing an experiment.

Looking for a CL77 6-hole fender stay where the fender was bobbed and the front section of the stay was removed.

Decent chrome and cable loops in place would make this a much better experiment, but since it is an experiment, it is most important that it be low-buck. It is for a rider.

Will the Frankenstein stay live again on a full length fender? PM me to let me know what you have.

Still looking for a 6-hole fender stay. Complete ones (even in rough shape) are pretty pricey so I am trying to figure out how to resurrect a bobbed-fender stay where the front section of the stay was removed.

I plan on sharing the result whether a success or failure and will include pictures.

Appreciate any offers of help. Reasonable price?
