CB72 Ignition Switch - Part Numbers or Alternatives ?

Post by Phil-UK » Sat Aug 20, 2011 4:34 pm

Hi

I have a completely knackered ignition switch which has come apart inside, looking for NOS spares I find several numbers being quoted :

35100-268-030 35100-273-000 35100-268-600 35010-268-030

All are shown as being used from S/N 10001 doe both CB72s and CB77s, so is there any difference or are they interchangeable ?

Also has anyone found a more modern ( i.e. cheaper ) alternative that will fit ?

For the moment I've hot wired it via a fuse holder but left the lights out of the circuit.

thanks

Phil
