Hi,
The C77 style switch is easier to find then the other switches. The only thing is that there's a aluminum
casting where the throttle grip is sticking to (see picture above) If you cut this away, it will fit a CB72 handle bar and twist grip.

The left switch looks as though the 'L' & 'R' were stamped into the casting with engineer's letter punches. In the Netherlands the winker switch is sometimes on the left side, sometimes on the right side. Late style switches are always left sides by regulations (you cant not control the twist grip and switch the winkers on and off with one hand, at least that's the official statement.
There is also a cut away in both switches (see pictures below), I don't know if this is original or not, but I guess not.

I got mine from Japan, listed as allegedly for a CP77. Correct throttle cable exit and throttle pipe cave (for the cable flange).

Yes, very odd indeed, and if I only knew these I would not be sure if original, but I do have more then one pair, and all more or less similar. I studied it closely, but there where no hidden other characters stamped in the castings.
hideous means very ugly, kinky, etc, thanks Steve, you're welcome. Now I know why there are not much left. But once mounted, on flat handlebars, it all makes sense. Imagine how these look like on a CB92.
My eyes fooled me about your switchgear, but I do see a lot of these "reworked" to fit.
In the Netherlands most early CB's came from Germany (via Honda Germany), so they have the same style winkers. I also have a left side of those mounted on the C92, very strange and very, very rare.
By the way, CMS sells a complete licence plate with winkers for ONLY 304 Euro ex FAT (19 %)
Front winkers cost around 150 euro or so a complete original set would sell around 600 euro ex. FAT.
