35250 is for right side switch assy's, 35300 is for left side switch assy's (in the case of a CB72, but this appears also suitable for other models as well. 268 is for CB72, and 820, like 600, 610, 620, 670 a.o are country / special model designations (in this case of switch assy's).

This p/n is given in p/m nr. 1 and nr. 2 (I didn't look further, two p/m seems to be enough)

Yeah, that is what OEM refers to. Original Equipment Manufacturer.
