coilscoilsBrand new to the ca-77 dream field, so this might be a simple question or already covered, but I seem to have some wiring difficulties with 12v coming from the ignition switch. While sorting this out with available wiring diagrams, I see only one coil listed for 305 dreams while mine has two. Different years? Mine is supposed to be a 65 model. Case is numbered ca-77e-1004246.
The CA-77 dream 305 has only one set of points and it use a coil with two spark plug leads. Both cylinders fire at the same time. Only one cylinder is on the power stroke when it fires, the other spark is just wasted. Someone could have wired in two coils and it would work but mine has only the one.
