horn for a 305

My horn does not work on my 305 1965 honda dream. Can these be rebuilt or does anyone know a source for a suitable new horn

Sometimes you get lucky. Connect it directly to a battery and tap it on the side with a hammer a couple of times. It's just a simple relay and sometimes the contact points inside it get dirty. You may also see an adjustment screw on the back. If you turn the screw in and out a couple of times it may also free up the points. Just make sure to set it back where it was. Again, check ohiocycle.com for a replacement.

Yes. Actually the bikes wiring looks generally very good.

When I got my bike the horn sound just plain sick. Took the thing apart and totally went through it. Made a few mods to it and after about three hours I had a nice sounding horn. If you got the time and patients you can bring them back. Mine will look differant due the the mods I've done but hey, It works!Paul
