REQUEST FROM TAYLOR

Post by LOUD MOUSE » Mon Aug 25, 2008 12:31 pm

Computer was down a couple of hours. This will work for your CL no problem. ..............lm

rgtaylor2 wrote:LM could you email me a wiring diagram for a 66 CL77. I picked up a good looking CL Friday and with a hot battery I get no electrics anywhere, no lights, no horn, no taillight. I am guessing it is probably the switch but there are some loose wires here and there so it sure would be easier to trace with the diagram, so your the man.
Thanks in advance for your trouble.

Check the in-line fuse first, then the battery terminals for tightness and the grounding cable for good continuity where it bolts to the frame's earth return point; add a temporary separate ground cable for proving the earth return -- a jumper cable is good for this. The screw terminals on the ignition switch too.

Post any Qs.

Regards,

Steve
