If you save your User ID and Password and then tick 'remember me' it's only three clicks of the mouse to log in, doesn't seem as if 'Log me in automatically at each visit' is available (yet?)

Turning on the automatic login feature is something the administrator can do. It seems to have been lost in the change.

Tim - I would imagine that is a temporary anti spammer measure, but I don't know for sure...

We're speaking of two different things. Automatic login uses a cookie stored on your machine to log you in. This is really just a convenience feature. The first line anti-spam features prevent the spambots from creating accounts in the first place. The manual describes it on page 30.

The old package did not have this feature and was like a fawn tied to a stake in grizzly country. There was nothing to prevent the least sophisticated spambots from creating accounts and so they did. Turning this on would prevent most of the spam.
