C92 engine part

Post by Greggie-e » Thu Nov 05, 2009 8:14 am

Hi, I have been putting my C92 engine back together and it seems to be missing part number 15755-202-000 which is described as a "Breather Shield" plate.

The engine did blow a lot of oil out of the breahter before I pulled it apart, could the culprit be this missing piece?

If so does anyone know a reputable place to get one. I have ordered a few parts from the net before for this bike and gotten burnt (Thanks Speed supplies).

Cheers,
Greg

I have found a seller from Thailand who had some on eBay.

After thinking on the issue I came to the conclusion that if the plate was missing then it would cause oil to be forced out the breather.
Let me know if anyone thinks differently.

Cheers
