Welcome to the forum. Dave is after some 64mm liners and pistons for a big bore kit.

That's an easy one - or used to be. Grab a used CB750 cylinder block, heat and let the liners drop out. They need to be shortened a little and that's about all there is to it.

I know guys who used to bore out stock CB77 liners to take 64mm pistons but that leaves them really thin.

Teazer cb750 are 61mm can they be bored out to take 64mm pistons ? which i suppose would leave them really thin also, i am not trying to run a 305cc . 64mm bores give 347cc .

That was one of the most common parts to use and yes, they will be thin. I have a CB750F barrel but haven't dropped the liners out to measure them yet. They start off at 62mm with a shorter stroke (62 x 62) compared with the CB750k (61 x 63 ).
