getting confused

Post by Teddyb3 » Mon Oct 25, 2010 4:34 am

OK got my 305 tore down and most of it is in primer right now. When I got it there was no fuel tank so I purchased one off ebay. Got all the paint off it and poured in some evaporust to let it soak but as I poured it in it came out several places it shouldn't. I am not going to try a band aid fix for it but where is a good company to get it redone and sealed.

Also where can I get a inexpensive set of mufflers, exhaust pipes and rims for this bike?

The bike is a 1964 (by the wiring harness) and will not be redone as a rider but more of a bike to show locally for enjoyment (planning on towing behind my Goldwing to and from shows). So items do not have to be original but would like them as close as possible without spending huge amounts of money. When it is not being showed it will be displayed in my family room (man cave).
