62 Dream

Post by greg5003 » Tue Feb 10, 2009 7:28 pm

Hi Newbie here. Names Greg, looking at a 62 dream. I'm not up on Hondas but I would like to get this for my wife. It needs alot of electrical work is what I was told. It looks like it might be a fun project. I took some photo's. If any one out there could e-mail me so I could send him/ her the photo's and may be give me an idea if it would be worth the time and money? Appreciate any help. Greg............joshretla@yahoo.com

Greg,
Looks like a CL engine in some kind of modified frame.

OMG! The humanity!

Even as a novelty I would be worried about using an old engine like that as a critical stress member on such a weak looking frame. Run!

Ed, I agree with you, looks like he tried to make a rigid frame out of it. CliffC
