Yep a Gilera Arcore 150 - It belongs to a friend. The big end was seized so I rebuilt it with a Suzuki GS750 rod and a Honda XL185 piston, bringing it from 54 x 60 to 54 x64. It is now a 175cc and the test stand is so that I can run it a little before it goes back in the bike.

How do you get your cases so clean?

I use aqua (vapor) blasting.....

Much better than I can achieve.
