Could somebody tell me the ball park jet sizes for a CA77 please. Was at my brothers today and although we got the engine running it still seems a bit rich. At the moment it is running on open pipes, as the new silencers haven't arrived yet. In the spares catalogue he got from the previous owner, there seems to be a large range of both main jets and slow running jets. Would you advise waiting until the new silencers arrive before doing a proper set up? This was the advice I gave him.

Mine came stock with 120 main, 35 slow.
Use the ones with "K" stamped on them (for Keihin) if you have them.
Be careful and don't force threads as some do not have the correct thread pitch.

Which carb is fitted to a CA77? Is it the PW22 or the PW26? Thanks Bill W.

The DREAM engines either 250 or 305 came with the PW22 carb.
Not the PW22 of the 250 HAWK. ...................lm
