Nick, do you have an Instructable on your sealed-beam replacement?

I fabricated one with a modern headlight bulb and some really thick hose line, but I'm interested in how you did yours...

Easy305, just a thought mate on your headlight problem, why not fit one for a C92/95 and just change the bulb for a 12v one. You would have to check the dimensions but I think they were the same units. One on e bay $38

Will that fit in a CA77 headlight nacelle...? That part on the back looks awfully honkin' big.

I put an H4 bulb in mine and had to bend the connectors flat...

Just a thought as a lot less expensive that one for a CA77. Someone who owns a Bemly 150 and a Dream 305 maybe tell us.

I have both, two CA77's and a CA95 - it's pretty tight behind the headlight, but I'm also intrigued, too, because looking at the pic the way the wires come out of the boot covering the wires, it Might work...

I did look into it but was told the CA95 was smaller
