CA 77 Kick Start outside

Post by jrpaceys » Fri Apr 17, 2015 9:15 pm

I am new to rebuilding vintage rides, I am currently working on a complete Dream 305 build. My question is, I have been searching high and low, but still cannot find any parts for rebuilding the outside components of the kick start. Was curious if any fellow members would be able to help me out with a supplier of these parts?

Thanks in advance

What parts do you actually need?

David Silver in the US may have something.....

There is a couple of rebuild kits for about $36 on eBay that include the return spring, bearing, etc.

Parts list is as follows

28291250000
28292250010
28293250000
28333250000
28311250000
28248259010
50661259000

Mostly everything outside of the casing for the kick start. Biggest stumbling block I am encountering, as Ohio Cycle has several of these parts, is the fact I am in Canada.

You might be better off just buying a used right hand case with kickstarter parts attached.
