Is there any way the seller would let you put a little ATf/acetone down the spark plug holes to see if it will break loose? (Careful. If it breaks loose that stuff will go everywhere). It will need to soak for a couple days/maybe a week. If it would run without smoking and has good compression, that would tell you a lot. Without that info, I think his price is too high. There is just too much risk, unless you want to buy it to part it out. But, please don't.
