timing marksI don't think I've seen a Honda yet that you didn't set the points to .016". It's been so long since I did my dream I don't recall, by my 90, 70, 750's all get .016.
I'd be REAL interested in how that whitewall paint holds up. Did you paint before or after they were on the rim? Any closeups of the tires? gapI took the tires off the rims and used blue painters edge masking tape from wal-mart . when I finished the paint work I let them dry for another 25 hours and I had some excess white paint all around the edges of the upper tread I used a new razor blade and trimmed the edges off the paint and it peeled off easily It is really amazing how well it did. if you use it be sure and use a razor blade to trim the edges before removing the tape and that way it won't have a tendency to peel any of the paint off of the tire.
Send me an e-mail address and I will send a picture of the tires that you can zoom in on. remember this is my first time also to paint the tires and I researched all the paint available first before buying FONZIES's I think it is a good product and you get a lot of it If it starts to wear you can simply apply another coat or touch it up with a brush. sharkfin mufflersI installed the new exhaust today and did not have to rig up anything the bolted to the original brackets.
